The nursery has 75 preschool children who are fed each time they meet. They are given a care package each year – a gym bag containing; 3 pairs of pants, 2 red t-shirts, a blanket, soap, toothbrush & toothpaste and a picture book. Changing lives Malawi aims to help the most vulnerable towards a brighter future, sustainability and self-sufficiency

The charity raised funds to build Bright Futures Secondary School, a school for vulnerable teenagers. Phase one of the project opened in November 2022, consisting of staff accommodation and two classrooms. Changing lives Malawi are raising funds for phase 2, two more classrooms and more latrines. The teenagers are given breakfast as well as lunch each day so they can concentrate on their studies. They are also learning to grow their own food in agriculture classes. The charity aims to give people the helping hand they need to become self-sufficient.
