If you are a returning visitor you will have noticed: we’ve launched our new website! We are proud that we can finally show you what we’ve been working on in the past few months. Not only has the site been redesigned, we also added a handy new functionality: The online wallet.

Introducing the online wallet

The online wallet shows the amount you will receive as payout for the coins and banknotes you exchange. You can find the online wallet symbol in the top right corner on every page on our site. Add any coin or banknote to your wallet and the payout amount is updated automatically.

Once you have added all banknotes and coins you want to exchange to your online wallet, fill in your details and complete checkout. You’ll then receive a unique reference number which you need to write on a piece of paper that you send in along with the currency. This way, you don’t need a printer to exchange your currency. You can even complete all steps on your smartphone.

Good to know: we fix the exchange rates for 14 days once you submitted your currency using the online wallet. That way you know exactly how much money you will receive for your leftover currency.

PDF exchange form can still be used

We introduced the online wallet, but you can still use the PDF exchange form instead. It’s the traditional way of exchanging your currencies, the same as it was before our site redesign: Print the exchange form, fill it out, then send it along with your currency to our London office.

Enhanced security with https

When we launched our new site, we also migrated from http to https, providing enhanced online security. The padlock symbol next to the URL in your browser confirms that your connection with our site is encrypted and secure.
