Care and education for orphaned and needy children

Aquaid Lifeline Fund has 3000 beautiful orphans under its umbrella of care, which keeps them busy! The charity is privileged to have been able to build four schools, three clinics and twelve centres for the children.

Eight of the centres provide full-time accommodation for the most vulnerable children. One centre is the home and school for 45 children with various disabilities – a place of huge joy and happiness. Numerous bore holes have been drilled to provide safe water for the children clinics and the local communities.

AquAid Lifeline Fund provides the children with two meals per day, school fees, uniforms, healthcare and, most importantly, love and a sense of family. Once the children finish school, the charity assists with college, university and vocational fees to offer the children the best opportunity of finding employment after leaving the charity’s care.

AquAid Lifeline Fund run an infant rescue program, designed to help family members care for a newborn baby whose mother sadly passed away in childbirth, a common occurrence in Malawi. At the other end of life the charity runs feeding programs for the elderly, and programs to assist the disabled.
