Santa Claus dollars bill

Wishing everyone a merry Christmas and a happy New Year

Did you ever see a $1 US dollar bill with the image of a smiling Santa Claus, instead of the usual George Washington portrait? These banknotes are called ‘Santa Dollars’ or ‘Santa Claus Dollars’. They are regular $1 dollar bills on which a seal (or sticker) with Santa’s image is attached.

The seal is removable, after which the banknote becomes a normal $1 dollar bill. But why would you want to remove the seal? We think these Santa Dollars are a great gift and they look amazing.

Santa Claus dollars have been around since 1985. More details about Santa dollars can be found here: https://santadollars.com/questions/

Merry Christmas!
