This 20 Leva bill is Bulgaria’s first commemorative banknote. It was issued to commemorate the 120th Anniversary of the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB). The violet coloured banknote of 20 Leva features elements from the building of the Bulgarian National Bank in Sofia, along with both sides of the first Bulgarian banknote issued.
