This pre-Euro coin from 1980’s Spain is recognisable because of its distinctive heptagonal shape, with seven sides. The copper-nickel 200 Spanish Pesetas coin features a left-facing portrait of King Juan Carlos I of Spain on the obverse side. The reverse side has the text “200 PESETAS” in the centre in between two horizontal branches: an olive branch and an oak branch.
